Augmented Learning: Apps to Develop Creativity and Critical Thinking

Augmented reality (AR) has evolved in recent years, its use in 21st Century classrooms with iPads is limitless. Imagine a student who writes a story and colors a character and then with the use of an iPad can see his/her character come to life. Or having students learn science with close to real-life objects. These are just a few of the things augmented reality can bring to a learning environment. This session is intended to be an interactive and hands-on experience where rticipants will learn about free apps available to integrate augmented reality in virtually every class for students from K to high school and beyond.
